This policy applies to purchases from Dolan Market, operated by Uyghur MAN LLC, including our tea and chili oil products.

1. 30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed food or beverage products.

Contact us if an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Items marked final sale or clearance and gift cards are not eligible for standard returns.

2. How to Request a Return

Email online@dolanuyghur.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Please wait for return instructions before shipping an item back. The return mailing address is 400 S Maple Ave, STE 105, Falls Church, VA 22046.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued as money back to the original payment method, not store credit. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for standard returns. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will resolve it at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

Buyers pay return shipping for standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange a resolution without charging you return shipping.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. If you receive the wrong product, contact us promptly. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including applicable shipping charges, at no additional cost to you.
