Is this one-order-at-a-time dropshipping?
Yes. For connected Collective retailers, DOLAN fulfills customer orders directly. You do not need to purchase and hold our products before selling them. You manage your storefront and customer relationship.
Who can connect with DOLAN?
This program is for eligible Shopify retailers using Shopify Collective. Eligibility and connection requirements are determined by Shopify. If you do not use Shopify, contact us to discuss possible cooperation; this page does not promise another integration.
How does the 20% retailer margin work?
The current price list sets your product cost 20% below the listed retail price. For example, at a $19.95 retail price, the product cost is $15.96 and the difference is $3.99. This is not a guarantee of net profit: discounts, shipping, payment fees, returns and your operating costs can reduce what you earn. Review live prices in Collective before importing.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
We ship Collective orders only to addresses in the United States. Canada and international shipping are disabled for this program. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout; do not assume free shipping or a fixed rate for every order.
How do inventory, orders and tracking stay up to date?
Shopify Collective connects participating stores, syncs product data and inventory, routes orders to the supplier, and shares fulfillment tracking. Confirm that your connection and imported products are active before you promote them.
Can I order stock for a physical shop or restaurant?
This page describes direct-to-customer fulfillment through Collective. For bulk inventory, cases, restaurant purchasing or other wholesale arrangements, contact DOLAN to discuss terms. Bulk discounts and minimum quantities are not promised here.
What about returns and customer service?
Review and agree on the applicable retailer and supplier return policies in Collective before selling. As the retailer, you communicate with your customers and coordinate eligible returns with DOLAN. Return shipping is not automatically free.
